My wife and I toured this daycare and were very impressed with the facility and staff. We visited three Bright Horizons locations in total, and this was definitely one of our favorites in terms of overall friendliness of staff and overall vibe. The main difference and ultimately one of the main reasons for us to pick a different location was the pricing structure. This school changed our child's life. It was a beautiful community of educators, families, and although our child only attended the school for a short time, Bright Horizons left a lasting impression on all of us. The care with which the children are given is unmatched. The attention on each child's development is crucial, and so apparent in everything they do. We’ve been part of this daycare center for over three years, with two kids in different classrooms, and we couldn’t be happier. Like many parents, we felt the anxiety that comes with choosing a daycare and leaving our children in someone else’s care—but from day one, the staff at Yale West put us completely at ease. I am so grateful for the Infant 1 teachers, Ms. Natasha & Ms. Hillary! They take great care of my daughter, and I could not think of a better place for her to spend her time while I work full-time. From the photo updates to the daily notes, I always feel well informed of what adventures my daughter is up to. My daughter lights up every time she sees her teachers, and I know that we have found her a safe and happy home away from home. Miss Natasha and Miss Hillary of Infant 1 classroom are absolutely the best!! They take such good care of our little one, have stimulating activities and offer great advice to us to help our kiddo grow.
