This is a great school! Son has going here for a couple of years
Bright Horizons Children Center at the Forum has been the solution to my “Single Mamma Shenanigans” as well as the advanced learning development for my daughter. She has attended this center for the last 3 years, and when I drop her off for the day it’s like I’m leaving her with my family. I’m sure I’ll have to pencil-in a minor depression when she departs for Kindergarten. My schedule is sporadic and Bright Horizons allows for flexible hours which I could not find in other daycare facilities. The staff goes above and beyond... read more
Extremely Disappointed – After touring several daycares, my husband and I decided BH at the Forum was the best place to leave our four-month-old baby. They were courteous, experienced, organized, and had a curriculum for babies that met our style of living (hands-on, floor time, active engagement, love, no swings, no exersaucers). (As I'm sure most first time moms can relate.) But after visiting Bright Horizons, I felt good. While I knew it would be hard t... read more

Good quality for the price I had visited many centers before I made a decision to take my child to that center. They made me feel very welcomed and explained everything to me. I was very impressed
Very well run but costly – We've had our 2 and 1/2 yr old daughter in three daycares and during that time, I've learned the following: -None are perfect. -It's all about the staff. -Staff turnover is a fact of life. -The high cost and high NC license ratings do not necessarily equal a quality facility. -It's what you make of it. Bright Horizons at the Forum is very well run, has good teachers overall (we've had one poor one), and has friendly and helpful staff and administration. The only real downer is the expense. It is ve... read more
