Over booking , long wait time in waiting room and back in the rooms .. seems like there not organized and I’m hearing way to many horror stories enough to cancel my daughters app and switching somewhere else I don’t feel comfortable going back. There getting all these bad reviews and haven’t worked on what people are saying they should work on . I don’t recommend it .

Dr. Alex is amazing stay away from that idiot that comes in on Saturday. I think his name is Dr. Choi give shot so fast it hurts like hell doesn’t need to do that! He’s just in a hurry.

Just be Punctual on the schedule appointments, i came early like 15 mins prior to my 2pm. I was called like 220pm. Respect peoples time, receptionists should be courteous and be more people oriented

If being charged for your "free cleaning" is what your looking for then this is the place for you. Don't worry about being informed before hand they love surprises here! They make sure that things like patients right don't get in the way of good old capitalism! Also things like signs on the door are a thing of the past! If they are in a meeting you get to play a fun game of " Are they closed or not"! Only after you repeatedly knock on the door will someone come to the door and talk to you like your the idiot!

SUPPOSED to be a dentist. I went in on Friday. was told I "might" need a root canal. So what do they do? Refer me to an endodontist. What dentist doesn't do root canals??? Worse, I got nothing for pain management. Just, here's a referral, call someone else. Enjoy your pain filled weekend. Garbage so called dentist. I am switching dentist immediately!

our experience was like we didn't belong there. turn away, rescheduled. waited, and waited. I had to call my insurance company on them. I had to use too mucmuch energy to be seen. resigned to Castro Valley Smiles. much. nicer people there. those people seen like zombies. I hope my 17 year old son won't be discouraged to visit the dental office inhis the future. Bright Now, felt dim in service

You wait for hours even with an appointment they over book their appointments for the level of appointments they have they need to get more dentist hired in and dental assistance. My wife has has to have multiple dental procedures due to lack of detail the dentist they have pays to the patients because of over booking and no one wants to wait an eight hour shift each time they come to this dentist

Very shady! Took my kids for a cleaning. My son comes out and says his cleaning was different. Seems they took X-rays and did fluoride but didn’t clean his teeth for a cleaning appointment. When confronted they claim it was a mix up. Of course it was.

This is the worst place ever! They are constantly running behind, they have broken 3 of my sons brackets (braces) in one appt to change rubber bands. The receptionist for ortho side had to go smoke a cigarette before scheduling our next appt, they schedule your appt for 8am and arrive 3 mins, I’m not exaggerating, 3 mins before 6 people’s appts first thing in the morning.
