Treating people with Medicaid like lesser of person is not okay, I do not recommend this office at all. They have zero bedside manner & will not take their time with your child.

My last appointment in August was for a cleaning. Waited 2 hours because the hygienist forgot I was there. Then 2 days ago had a crown come off so made appointment to go in. The morning of my appointment they called me to say my insurance was no longer accepted there but I could pay out of pocket. (My insurance has been good the 7-8 years I’ve been going there). What evil place turns down a child in pain and swelling because we don’t want to wear a mask. I DO NOT recommend this horrid place
way to slow. had an appointment at 9:20 a.m. and didn't go back till 10:13
took my son in this morning and waited an hour and a half. finally saw the dentist and he was very nonchalant about everything. my son has an abscess tooth that needs to come out. Guess when they told me they could do it. 5 months from now!!!! also dentist said that he wouldn't be able to send a prescription for an antibiotic until the end of the day. I will never go back there again. they couldn't care less for the patient!!!!
I came for a cleaning. They called me twice before the appointment to confirm but never told me the hygienist was on vacation. I used pto to leave work to get this done. Not impressed.
RecommendedHad a crown it was great, had a cleaning, it was great, had a second crown on 07/14/2022 (the day before my birthday) what a NIGHTMARE. The temporary broke like ½ hour after I left. Had to wait OVER 2 weeks to try to get a new temporary done since at the clinics there is only 1 doctor working part time, the girl that did the temporary had to do it several times.
