THIS LOCATION IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. The office manager Misty Dutton is very unprofessional and disconnected on me during a call. I have been trying to get an appointment with their hygienist for MONTHS (they haven’t had one in awhile and now I know why.) The worst service in North gate Seattle, the doctor is rude and the bad recessionists would never recommend this seedy place.
Terrible policies and customer care. They are overbooked. Sometimes it can take hours to see the dentist. And if you are 10 minutes late they wont see you. Rude.

I have had my braces on for 4 years….4 years when initially I was supposed to have them on for 2. I am 21 years old and I’ve had them since I was 17. The first day I got them on, Broke immediately. Then when the adjustment appointment came up. The assistants or whoever does the tightening are not gentle. I was in pain for the longest time, causing me to pop pills like candy. BrightNow! Dental in Winter Garden Village is absolutely the worst Frankenstein horror-house dental office EVER!!! “Dr.” Hunter recommended #14 extraction due to “bone loss”. This was discussed Friday 9/16/2022. By Monday the 19th, the tooth was so uncomfortable, I called and was told to come in at 4:50 PM for the extraction. They charged me $350 for tooth extractions and putting in a retainer. Told me that once the retainer tooth comes in they will schedule me for tooth extraction. I waited 1 month and called in to know whats the status. I was committed for a call back with details but no one called. Called back again after 2 months to get the refund of what I paid and the lady on phone was not helpful at all and hung up on me. Can’t even wait in the lobby without a mask, but they don’t tell you that anywhere. Then I can’t even go back with my wife and 2 year old daughter for her appointment. If they are still on this kick about Covid they are in the minority. Covid is not a thing anymore and every medical facility I go to does not require a mask. But the hilarious part of everything is that the woman who told us to wait outside was not even wearing a mask as she told us and proceeded to work behind the desk without one on.
