This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. My husband needed two molar’s removed and we had to go to a “specialist”. We showed up for his appointment on time and they told us they didn’t have time and to come back at 4. When we came back at 4, we waited for a few minutes and then they brought us back. I don’t even know where to begin! My appointment was at 3:00 pm and they called me at 1:00 pm to come in early because the specialist wasn’t very busy. I get there and they tell me I have to come back at 4:00 pm. So I leave and come back only to be brutally assisted with the procedure. When I told the doc it hurt he called me a liar and persisted to put me through more pain than necessary. He yelled at and insulted me through the entire procedure. It was extremely unethical. So the office manager told my manfriend that he needed to come in at 7 am mind you he has a 3pm appointment that the dentist wasnt going to wait all day after I PAID 2400 he said refund me my money. Shady business practice

shitty dental office. have an appointment at 1:30? youll be waiting for an ENTIRE HOUR if you're lucky. i have even shown up for appointments to be told oh the dentist didn't come in. truly pathetic. DO NOT COME HERE. go to the health department instead

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!! I would not recommend this dental office to my worst enemy this place is unorganized and terrible at keeping appointments. I’ve had an infection that I got after a root canal they did and I have been unable to get in, in over a month. My face is swollen and I’ve been in pain, antibiotics are out and they just canceled my appointment again. Rescheduled me for next Tuesday in Olympia… I live in Puyallup. They do not do orthodontist procedures at the Fort Collins office, but they advertise for it. My son was going there when they had an orthodontist and then we ended up having to go to Longmont to finish up his orthodontist.
