They seem to be only focused on giving you a deep cleaning. I told them I wanted a regular cleaning only and they refused to do anything except a deep cleaning. With ANY medical Professional I should be able to choose the treatment I am comfortable with and not be extorted into a treatment I don’t want.

Do NOT go to this dental company!! They are the worst!!!! Took 3 months to get in for x-rays because they had to cancel and reschedule (each time stating our schedulers messed up). They won’t schedule a cleaning until you meet for an assessment and x-rays (can’t do that in one visit, like other dentist clinics do). You then have to schedule a cleaning (if the dentist prescribes it the front staff stated), which takes another 5 months. I went to this clinic to get my crown recemented, They refused to do it unless i sign up for their treatment plan and get a new crown from them. There was a problem with the crown and the dr had a valid point. Yet, he refused to ease my discomfort or help me in any way unless i buy a new crown. What happened to be being humane? The dentist spent a very short time with me. Didn't take the time to look at my gums or actually look at all of my teeth. But they could recommend I get a crown on a tooth that has not given me any problems. Plus the fact that they don't have a hygienists on staff to do any teeth cleanings. So you leave the check-up not clean!

Dentist took 3 tries to numb me for a filling and started drilling into my teeth even after I told him I wasn’t numb the first two times. Never in my life have I had a dentist need to numb me more than once. My jaw was sore for days and I couldn’t open it all the way from getting so many shots in the same spot, which again has never happened to me in the hands of a competent dentist. My son has been coming here for two years , they did his braces. Today he had them taken off by a professional in Sarasota. Where do I start? They are only there two Mondays out of the month , you can’t even get a simple appointment without having to wait two months. My sons brackets came off and we have not been able to get in to see anyone !! My son told me he would never walk in that Ghetto office again and he meant it. Please beware before you sign up for braces, they won’t be maintained.

My first visit was cancelled because the doctor had an “emergency” at 5pm on a Friday. Second attempt, I went in and wanted to use the new patient discount they advertised. Spoke with several people when calling and they confirmed that it was indeed a cleaning AND X-rays. I just went in and the lady told me it was NOT for a cleaning, and that the “call center” always gets it wrong.
