The place sucks the appointment wait is so long .Appointment was 11 and they never took me til 12 and wanted me to wait longer for them to do a dam filling I walked the he'll out

I went to Bright Now! Dental at 4550 W Pico Blvd Suite C309, Los Angeles, CA. They kind of "tricked" me to use their out-of-network service. I walked-in into this place and asked the receptionist that "Do you take my dental insurance". (handed over my insurance card) And her answer was "Yes, of course, we take it." I think many people will agree to me that with this answer most people will think 'Oh, this dentist is in-network with my insurance'. I have been trying to start invisalign but it has been one issue after another. I have wasted so much time and missed work. Through the entire consultation process it was never stated that it was required that I have a periodontal consultation. I show up to get my attachments put on and trays (which I missed an entire day of work for) because they can’t start without that despite the fact prior the just recommended it. The hygienist didn’t show so the dentist did the cleaning very rough very sore OUCH

Waited an hour in the lobby, got x-rays (lady who did these was very nice!) and now I’ve been waiting almost an hour to see the actual dentist. Staff keeps making negative remarks as they work or walk by. Employee just walked behind me and said she wanted to “blow her f’ing head off”. If no one sees me in 20 minutes I’m leaving. This is ridiculous.

literally horrible dentist office. I think it may be worse than Western dental. good grief. never ever ever ever again

I would NOT recommend Bright Now Dental. I've gone there twice in the last 2 months as an emergency visit, experiencing excruciating pain in a tooth. Both times I was told it was due to the cleaning previously done. The pain got even worse,left several messages with the answering service that it was an emergency, she assured the dentist would call. Never got a call, ended up at Urgent Care where I was informed I had a major abscess and was prescribed an antibiotic. Also the dental assistant that I had when I went was very u... read more

I do not recommend them they lied to you over the phone when you get there to get the work done they tellyou have to pay almost $700 to get the work done because your insurance don't cover everything after they tow it does then two weeks later they call you up and tell you owe me another $200 because they misread your insurance paper and then it cover everything I think there are they are Crooks they get you in the chair and start doing the work they may charge you more than the workers worth and they don't even do very good... read more
