They told me that several of my fillings that I got when I was much younger needs to be replaced and that it’s totally normal to need them replaced every five years. This is news to me. BEAVERTON BRIGHT NOW SUMMONED THE POLICE WHEN I QUESTIONED MY TREATMENT! Hi! Horrible experience. I’ve been a long-time patient at Beaverton Bright Now Dentist. When a crown fell off, I questioned why I needed my gums cut (gingivectomy) when all I needed was to have the crown replaced. The office manager offered no alternatives and when I offered a bunch, she got triggered, cancelled my appointment, and cancelled my following cleaning and exam. I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. When I left the office 2 1/2 hours later I still had not had my teeth cleaned. By the time I had x-rays and saw the dentist which took the full 2 1/2 hours the person who was to clean my teeth had gone to lunch and would not be back for an hour. I am finding a new dentist.

If you have money to give away this is the place. I don’t think nobody come out this place clean with just the cleaning service. I had a crown done $800 more that ever paid, deep cleaning $600 two weeks later see pero dentist they say to tell me I need to spend $3000 more and visits every 3 months. I say what you did the deep cleaning them if you knew I was going to have to do cirugía ?. You lost at least 5 costumers already. The worst place in the world.
Yesterday I took my son to get a new patient checkup. We needed a dentist authorization for my son to attend OYCP in January. The dentist refused to sign the waiver and had a HUGE list of dental work that needed to be done including crowns/root canals before the authorization would be signed. Unfortunately I was told the work couldn't be done before January 15th. I left feeling defeated because my son needs to go to this school. I have been going to your Dental office for many Years This last visit not a good experience Monday dec 9 Traffic was heavy called I would be 10 min late Appt was 10 got there at 10:10 She said no problem if I was10 min late Signed in when I got there -filled out paper Work She called me to the receptionist desk and said I want you to know with your cleaning etc like you had done last time it will cost you 144.00 I said no.
