Jasmine was very professional and helped me with my initial problem, then listened to my secondary complaint. She then attempted to assist me and assure me that my membership was important. She made me feel someone was listening to my concerns and possibly someone would re-examine my issues with the credit union. I have not been satisfied with my membership as of late. She was a perfect employee, however. Thank you, Jasmine
