Karen Heck , member service representative was amazing. She assisted me with getting a loan for me to purchase a new car. I appreciate her patience and support. She checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly with the auto advisor. I’m so grateful.
I don't know if all the surcusales are the same , but this the worst back I ever had in life, I need to put my money to paid my bills , I deposit the check through the app and it took almost 3 weeks to clear with? Ok now I go personally to the bank to deposit my check and the system is down , they send me to deposit to the ATM and is offline , how I am able to have my money in my bank account if I can't deposit 🤬🤬🤬 oh but if you have a overdraft (that is not my fault cause I try to put my money in the bank) they charge ... read more
This place is like traveling back to 1990… looks pretty and modern but just not there yet. I am giving 2 stars because the staff are nice but slow. They don’t understand to have enough staff on hand during peak hours and will have only one person to help people available during lunch and before closing. Staff always seem to be just coming and going and never really attentive to making sure everyone is being served or that someone can jump in as a teller during peak lines out the door. Liliana was absolutely amazing. She truly cared about my situation and went above and beyond to help me refinance my car and secure a personal loan. She was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. You can tell she genuinely wants to help her members, not just do her job. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her.
