The S University (Solano Rd? Davie?Pembroke Pines?) location is easily my favorite of all your locations I’ve visited. While staff has been consistently pleasant and attentive, this location goes above and beyond. Yes, your tellers are always busy, but the wait tends to be very short or almost nonexistent. this is a crap want to be bank. space coast is a way better credit union. you get nothing from bright star. i only have one car loan from them and im moving it to space coast as soon as i can. this bank sucks. rates suck all there loans suck. do not bother coming here. and good luck trying to reach anyone on the phone. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have been a member for over 40 years,I have only had wonderful experiences. I have been to all the branches and was very excited that the Corperate office is now located near me.I have in the past unfortunately experienced Identity theft twice no fault of Brightstar,They were very quick to handle the issue reassured me that I would not be responsable for the loss they understood and put my mind at ease.We now have a special code that they will ask me if they ever need to call me and Brightstar credit union will never call... read more
