The best location out of the three that are in Cooper City and Davie. Chrissy and Bella were wonderful!!! Helped me set up my bill pay for my car loan on my phone. They were both extremely helpful!!!!
First let me say that the building is beautiful. My experience at the location 3400 N. University Dr, Cooper City, FL 33025. Your representative Miss Kristal Francis was spectacular. Here is why, she was patiention, Informative and answered all off my questions. Even though I ask her the same question again during my meeting, making sure that I fully understand. I went into not understanding why my debit card was being denied for every purchase including automatic payments when the funds were available. Pryskah assisted me with the swiftness! In and out within 5 minutes. She immediately looked up my account and verified all recent transactions and pointed me in the right direction to get my card unlocked. I was in and out within 5 minutes and a ton of anxiety relieved. Great asset to any business she is with, also well-dressed, beautiful hair, nails and smile! Thank you Pryskah!
So here's a place where you can deposit your money and not have it available when you need it. Enough to pay rent for a couple of months is being held because of "in transit," "not here yet," "compliance", "unavailable", etc. This was an electronic transfer. It should go about as fast as an email. But, I never got a good clear reason why they would keep my money away from me. I'm now assuming they don't have the money and it's not a trustworthy place.
Zero customer service. Held for 49 minutes 3 times today then they kick you off saying you will get a callback. No one has called for 2 day. I am traveling internationally and they blocked my credit cards and I cannot contact anyone to fix. What a horrible company.
