Although my wait was long, my representative was knowledgeable and helpful. Andres was able to understand my needs and ensure that I was satisfied upon leaving. He was personable and my process was a two step process. While he assisted with step one, he also notified the teller of how to assist me with step two and ensured that the teller processed everything correctly.
I just started banking with them. I have really enjoyed my experience so far. I would definitely recommend to others. They have great perks for Educators!
I went to open a business account several months ago with an open mind and positive expectations. I thought that things were getting off to a good start but was quickly proven wrong. The people at the local branch are friendly but there is something else going on that is out of their control. This credit union has a lot of opportunity for improvement.
