Excellent customer service from Karen and the Ramseur location! They were at my house in less than an hour after I requested an urgent delivery. After dealing with their competitor for years, it never occurred to me that a gas company would deliver on the same day that I requested service! So glad we made the switch to Briles.
I would like to give a special thanks to Eddie Phillips, Farris Howard and Troy Hedrick for the great customer service I received on Monday while having my tank set, gas lines run and Stove set up. Couldn’t have ask for better customer service. Thanks again guys I really appreciate it!!!!
