RecommendedLove the location, close to work for both my husband and myself. The office staff is fabulous and maintenance has gone above and beyond my expectations. We have great neighbors and it is quiet and well maintained. This being our third Kromer property we highly recommend it! I only hope when we leave here we find someplace as nice.
This place is a joke! They don’t follow through on anything and refused to replace carpet with laminate flooring even though everyone else had it. Expensive piece of shit with old appliances that they can’t fix! Stay away from this dump!
One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. I wish I never signed a lease here. They robbed us of so much money when we moved out! If you decide to sign a lease here make sure you take picture of EVERYTHING and you keep ALL documentation of EVERYTHING! They can and will rip you off. Make sure you are always covering your butt because they will rob you blind!

Some people are just HEARTLESS!!!!!!! My Mom who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer has lived at her appartment 20 + years and has NEVER been late on rent and has never had complaints of any sort...... The new management is a joke. They never fix anything. My dishwasher breaks at least once a month & it takes forever to get someone to even look at it. We signed a year lease and when it was time to renew we went with a 9 month lease so we didn't have to move at Christmas time & they are saying we signed another 12 months. I can't wait to move.
