Liked living here at first, but the experience quickly went downhill because of Jami’s behavior. I have had family and friends visit, and it constantly felt like they were being watched and monitored. Pictures being taken of visitors and repeated confrontations created an uncomfortable and hostile environment. The constant drama, negativity, and disrespect made living here stressful instead of peaceful. This was one of my most favorite apartment to live in! If not for my job relocation across the country, I would’ve continued staying here. I had a very big apartment that was beautiful in layout and location within the building. Free parking on lot with permit. There is a gym in the basement. There is also storage in the basement. Lived there for almost 2 years and moved out a month ago. Overall experience is great! Shout out to Jami, the apartment manager! She made the living experience great by being flexible, helpful, and accountable. Maintenance is responsive in a reasonable time. Parking is good, never really had issue with that. I gave it 4 star because wall is not enough to block the noise, and the apartment is old.
I lived here for a little over 3 years from 2019-2023. The apartments are affordable and offer great amenities. Free Wi-Fi, storage, and even a gym! The apartments are clean and well maintained. Maintenance was always quick to respond if there were any issues. Jami who is the manager of Bristol Arms is friendly and so quick to respond any time you reach out. She keeps everyone updated with emails and signage well in advance. Highly recommend these apartments.
This is a great place for anyone looking for a simple one-room apartment. The value is great, considering the size, location, and how so much is included with the rent. The change in ownership has had very little effect except you can no longer recycle plastic bags for some reason. I've had very few issues here, but Jami, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful whenever I have had issues or questions, as were the Welches before her, always responding the same business day.
