My daughter attends the Little Dragons class and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. Since starting, her confidence has grown so much not just in class, but at school and at home too. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly invested in helping the children grow, both in skill and in character. It’s been amazing to watch her come out of her shell, try new things without fear, and feel proud of her achievements. We’re so grateful to be part of such a supportive and positive environment.
The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. As someone who is standoffish and timid, I really enjoyed my first session. It was fun and truly engaging and it helped me loosen up. There are trainers on ground to offer support if you’re struggling. I’m definitely staying xx
I had a great experience with the women’s beginner kickboxing class. The instructor was patient, supportive, and made everything easy to understand. The class was welcoming, fun, and empowering—perfect for beginners. Highly recommend for women who want to try kickboxing in a comfortable environment!

I regularly take my daughters to martial arts classes. They both really enjoy it and it's great watching them get involved in all the activities. The classes are very child-focused and the staff really go out of their way to make the children feel involed. Highlight for my daughters is being recognised with a sensei sticker, but the younger classes give out stickers for completing homework (based on an important message, like fire safety) and have stamp sheets to record attendance.
