Very nice and professional company
I've never heard of them until today, when they somehow had my work email and private cell phone number, and sent me unsolicited communication asking that I take part in a survey. Reported the email and blocked the number and hope these scumbags get stopped asap.

Josh treated customers like crap 10 years ago at National and is still at it with BritKare. Worst customer service EVER! Take your business to another DME. They have zero respect for you as a patient, he is more interested in arguing with you than solving patient problems. Not to mention he accidently hung up on me.
My husband owned his sleep apenia machine for almost two years before this comapny called and told us we shouldbe getting supplies shipped regularly. They told my husband the supplies were covered and he told then to go ahead and send the items- which they did, but we also got a bill a month later for $300 for all the supplies. I called in and told them why are we getting a bill if were were todl by the sales person the items would be covered by insurance? They told me it was dependant in your deductible and insurance.
