Once again Brittany listened to my issues and diagnosed appropriately. She is always so patient and kind. I recommend her and Mercy One to all of my family and friends.
She's excellent at her job; listened thoroughly, checked me over completely and actually provided additional care to an emergency room visit I'd had three days earlier, with increased antibiotics, which took care of a possible reoccurrence. Such outstanding care I made her my primary care doctor after the first visit, and have been extremely pleased ever since.
Went to urgent care and she diagnosed me and got me out and on my way in a timely manner.
She was outstanding. She was thorough, listens and does not rush you through like so many providers these days. She is caring and non-judgemental. I go to her personally, and now because of my experience so does my husband, mother-in-law and daughter. Beyond pleased with her care.
She is a horrible person. She never listens to you and just talks over you, she also never even checked me for anything even though in in pain and told me everything's normal. Must be a psychic.
