After just one session with Brittany Heard I feel much lighter. I’m looking forward to our next one. She was easy to talk to and made it a safe space for me.
Doesn't follow - up with patients parents after stating she will follow-up. Minimal contact overall. Super scary for parents with teens with very serious mental health concerns. It should be a team effort to get teen back on track. Additionally, no feedback or accountability for lack of communication. "Sorry you feel that way." Left bad taste for company overall.
Today was my first day of Therapy and I was nervous not knowing what to expect but went fine.
