I am disappointed with my overall experience. I personally feel like there was no real concern for my emotional wellbeing or mental state with the situation I was experiencing. At no point do I feel like there was any sense of urgency or seriousness about what was happening in my body. I was given incorrect instructions about a prescription before receiving it. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This was my first visit and I was very comfortable with the NP. She was very personable. Thank you for making me feel welcome to the practice.
She cares and listens and is very detailed. I always call her the younger version of Nancy Petit. Which is a very good thing. I click with her like I do with my Dr Nancy Petit. She truly cares and is empathetic to your needs. She very thorough. The OBGYN center in their N. Wilmington and St Francis hospital location five stars. I have a phenomenal grp of nurses and drs to keep me stable and I appreciate and love them all. Thank you for all you do!
Front office staff was very friendly and efficient. Brittany was patient and informative and she told me before she did any exam. She listened to my concerns and responded appropriately.
Brittany was professional, nice, and thorough. Brittany gave me time to go through my concerns and she answered all my questions/concerns and then some. Very happy with my visit and all my answers were answered. All staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Another plus is being able to get Mamogram at same location.
