Dont use these guys as your home builder! Will show you one thing and have you sign a contract stating your pid is 1 amount and then youll get a bill after you buy your home and its twice the amount! And after talking to the pid office britton was given the correct pid amounts but failed to disclose them to us and refuses to answer or do anything about it. 2nd their 2 year warranty is complete bogus.
