Many thanks to Blake for his expertise and our builders for their communication and follow thru. We do wish Britton Homes had more ability to customize their homes. We wanted to move the fireplace to the center of the family room but were denied this option. We were told it was not allowed in our community of Mustang Lakes but the same floor plan had this option in Trinity Falls. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the team at Britton Homes in Mustang Lakes when we purchased our new home. Not only do we absolutely love our home, we had a smooth and enjoyable experience with the design and purchase of our home even in these difficult times. We purchased our first Britton Home in September 2021. The whole purchase and build process went pretty smoothly and we were extremely satisfied with the level of customer service provided and the overall product delivered. There were a couple of hiccups getting the house ready for move in as we closed at the year end, but overall, Britton took great care of us and continue to do so in the last six months we have resided in the property. We highly recommend Britton to build your dream home!
