The quality of these homes are terrible. From installing inadequately sized HVAC to low quality materials throughout they are definitely not worth $1m+. I wouldn’t buy one of these again even if the price was 300k. If buying with them, expect issues with mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The cabinet quality is comparable to thick cardboard and exterior noise can easily be heard in the house as if you’re windows are open all the time. Oddly, it’s a super noisy neighborhood.
