One of the worst mental health facilities in all of Michigan. This place is a joke, My daughter was diagnosed with schizophrenia paranoia and they threw her out with no safety exit plan. I called numerous times and spoke with counselors and case managers and told them that it was unsafe to send my daughter to a shelter due to her violent history at shelters in the past. This organization will unfairly trap you and withhold certain information about your rights unless you ask the right questions. You have the right to leave within 3 days if you arrive voluntarily and if you don’t, good luck getting out within a reasonable time period.

We had a terrible experience here with our son. They wouldn't give him his prescribed medicine because they said "it was the weekend and we don't have it". We couldn't get a hold of anyone to actually speak to about our son's care. Every time we tried to call, an employee made some silly mistake by cutting off the call or accidentally transferring us. It was unprofessional from A to Z. They were very easy to reach and communicate with if it involved our payments, but talking to anyone about our son's care was impossible. T... read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews! I had no problems here! You're here for help, not a vacation, most of these facilities don't care (I'm a CNA, I've seen a bit.) I've been voluntarily admitted a few times in the past couple of years and I do have to say this facility has been by far the most instrumental to my healing and success. I've had a hard life, but it's far from over yet! Kinda glad I survived, Thank you.

I stayed here for 9 days and the only thing that place did for me was trigger my C-PTSD, my anxiety and my depression. I was physically assaulted by another patient. I was verbally assaulted on multiple occasions by other patients. I was verbally assaulted by staff member DAVE, who had the nerve to say, “This is why you’re here, Aimee.” There was nothing they did except charged my insurance company an exorbitant amount for jacksquat.
