AMAZING stay! We booked last minute for New Year’s Eve, the service was perfect, and we’ve never had that anywhere else! They went above and beyond! We had New Year’s Eve balloons in our room, the recommendations book in our room was great! We visited a lovely pub called the cotton house and the drop off cafe breakfast was so nice! This Airbnb completely exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, beautifully presented, and even better than described. We had a lovely stay overall — the room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. However, I was a bit disappointed with a couple of small details. There were only two teabags provided for a two-night stay, and our towels weren’t refreshed. When I asked for more, I was told they couldn’t be replaced until 10am the next morning, which unfortunately was the time we were checking out. Highly recommend Brook Bottom if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near Ramsbottom! We stayed at the luxury converted farmhouse and 1 of the cottages for 3 nights and everything was excellent - beautiful furnishings, gorgeous gardens with hottub and amazing views and great service! Barry went out of his way to help make our stay comfortable and welcoming. We’ll be back!
Gorgeous stay! Fantastic apartment,had an information book with local restaurants in it & things to do! Only downside is the checkout is a little early at 10am.
