I had a wonderful experience at Brookdale Animal Hospital! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and clearly cared about the well being of every pet that came through the door. The vet took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and treated my pet with so much patience and compassion. The facility was clean, well organized, and professional. I was skeptical of switching my dog to a new office at first but this is by far the best vet in the Concord/Charlotte area. My dog has been a patient for the last two years and the Brookdale team is always extremely helpful and nice. I can't praise this office highly enough! 10/10 I would highly recommend taking your pet to Brookdale Animal Hospital.
Dr. Skinner is now a veterinarian of this practice and I felt compelled to say Brookdale Animal Hospital is exceptionally lucky to have her. She cared for 3 of my dogs Mosby, Briggs, and Miles at a previous practice for nearly 10 years. She is a gifted vet with exceptional patience, knowledge, and compassion. One of my dogs had very unique conditions and she was a wealth of information and especially trust. I cannot recommend Dr Skinner’s care enough.
Dr. Presley and the team at Brookdale are wonderful! I have been going to them for about 10 years now and would be lost without the. Dr. Presley cares about your pet and takes time with you to answer questions and reassure you. He sent me a wonderful hand written card both times I had to put a pet down. I have had several family members and friends switch to him!
I, too, am another follower of Dr. Skinner from her prior practice. She was my Little Lulu’s first veterinarian and had her first visit at 3 months old. She is now 10 1/2 years old and beginning to experience some senior issues and there is no one I would ever trust more than Dr. Skinner. I was so thankful she stayed in the Charlotte area. Dr. Skinner is exceptional!!
