I really like the new management company and the new manager, Tiffany. The maintenance person, Marvin is also very helpful and knowledgeable. With all of the changes, I am hopeful for the future of Brookfield Place.
Management needs improvement! Parking needs improvement! Professional people are needed in office! Stairs need cleaning, gate needs fixing! They need to clean and organize the laundry rooms. Littering is everywhere, stairs smell like urine and garbage! There's homeless that take shelter in stairs! Super creepy and disgusting. When will this place be fixed or organized better? And if you try talking to the lady in office all she do is give you a nasty attitude very unprofessional like what is this ?
The stairwells smell like pee and are often flooded with dope fiends and trash. Unfortunately you have to use these stairwells because often time the elevator is inoperable. The location is okay its close to freeways and convenience stores however parking is terrible and they WILL tow your car. The management is unreliable and takes forever to address your concerns and when they do get back to you it is typically unprofessional.
