Not a great place to go for the emergency room. We brought our daughter in to get some test ran as she wasn’t feeling good and is not normally fussy but when we got the doctor to look at her all he did was check her breathing and said well you guys are first time parents so your worrying more. No test were ran to even check to make sure she would be okay or anything he just said if it gets worse then come back. We had a wonderful experience having our baby here in Brookings! Each of the nurses, Dr.s, and staff were respectful, joyful, and made us feel as at home as I think they possibly could have. I know we received excellent care as well!

They are very professional and very involved in solving any problem. I turned to them after wasting time ( almost one year) with a company of accounting specialists who did not know how to send the correct forms to the IRS considering my case. Unfortunately, I had a delay due to the processing of the documents at the IRS and the fact that, being a non-citizen, everything is much more difficult, but Latino Help always answered my questions, communicated with the IRS to check the status of the processing of the documents and k... read more

This hospital absolutely has no concept of what somebody is going through in a mental health crisis when the patient is obviously manic!! Definitely need to go through training on mental health issues and treatment!!! Especially when the wife is right there and tells you straight up they have mental health issues and they're having a manic episode!!!
