I’ve lived here for 6 years now and overall I’ve had a great experience…Stacey and Marisol are wonderful, they are very attentive and understanding.. Recently I’ve had the opportunity to meet a new guy named Chris on the maintenance team… he is awesome and very knowledgeable in regards to his job… he recognizes the problem and gives a solution… when others mask the problem… he came in and did a wonderful job… I am very happy to renew my lease for 18 months 😊😊
I’ve had a great experience living at this property the property manger is professional responsive and truly care about keeping the community well maintained. The leasing agent is very friendly and very professional. The maintenance team is outstanding-requests are handled promptly, and repairs are done efficiently and correctly. Overall, this is a well managed property with a great team. Highly recommend!
I have to say that this place gets a bad wrap and I'm not too sure why? We just recently moved out after 2 years and we received our entire security deposit back (a lot of reviews were saying theirs were kept). Honestly if you just take care of your apartment and make sure it's clean when you leave - you will most likely get all of it back. Maintenance was always helpful whenever we needed them to come out. I been leaving at Brookside for 9 years and the Iwhen I call for worker orders there always there. Marisol and Stacey are professional at all times. Stacey is excellent at her job
This place is infested with mice no matter how clean you are you will have them. The only resolution this complex gives is to have "maintenance" come and patch holes that they may see and lay down traps. They will make you repeat the process for months before they call pest control and even then it doesn't fix the issue because it's infested 1st or 2nd floor.
