Brookside Commons was a very clean and pleasant from the staff to the rooms. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my mother’s need and wants. They made sure she was comfortable and satisfied throughout each day. The prom she attended really put her in better spirits and put a really big smile on her face and mine. After her discharge they checked on her well being numerous times and offered their assistance with anything she needs even with her being home. Good place but my family and I did see the change in quality. My grandmother received great care in the early stages of her stay but the staffing shortage is what lead us to bringing her home. I definitely appreciate the staff that went out of their way to attend to my grandmother and made her stay as comfortable as possible.

My daughter-in-law was there for 4 weeks She has end stage liver. She's only in her 40s and needs to get stronger. The first time I went to visit her, some lady at the desk was standing and started yelling at me asking me, where did I come from. I'm handicapped and I was walking with a cane and she wouldn't stop screaming at me and I had to tell her, I was sorry, one of your employees open the door for me because he can see me struggling and carrying things. My dad was here for physical therapy after 2 hospital stays in a row. I was nervous because it's hard to find a good facility. But the place is clean and the rehab and nursing staff were all friendly and worked well with my dad! I would recommend them if you or a loved one is ever in need!!

The staff was very attentive and patient with my husband even though he can be a handful. I just wish he could have stayed there a little while longer.
