Brookside Downtown is the nicest in CoMo We have had a great experience at Brookside Downtown. Our daughter's 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment is huge and about as beautiful as you will find in all of CoMo. It is conveniently located across the street from Mizzou. It has high ceilings and great amenities. Being from out-of-state- I really appreciated that it was completely furnished and utilities were included. I am bummed she will not be living here next year - but hope that she will be back at Brookside for grad school!
