Blessed Community of people. The property is maintained & lovely setting from the pool to the community rooms to relax & enjoy life. Spacious apartments & neighbors look out for one another. Management care for the tenants & provide other healthy services a comfortable lifestyle to live.
I called asking to set up an appointment to speak with someone regarding a rental for myself and my disabled daughter. The property manager Billy got on the phone extremely unprofessional and asked how old is your daughter, I replied she is 35 and I'm 72. He said only people over 55 can live here. I said your website states over 19 year old. He said I'll change it. I left a message for the owners no reply yet.
Property manager is very unprofessional & the staff is as well. Made my parents feel very uncomfortable while applying for an apartment. They got denied for no legitimate reason while there was open apartments. They should be trained to leave their bad attitudes at home before work.
I’ve lived in a few senior communities prior to coming to Brookview Commons. This is by far the best place that I have lived. All within walking distance are the clubhouse, gym and beautiful pool. The staff here is very attentive to the needs of the community, always pleasant and are available all the time. The super Carlos and his assistant Gene are available 24/7. Great place to retire to, 55+ community. Staff is fantastic, Dawn, the Property Manager, does everything possible to accommodate you and facilitate all your needs. Virginia at the front desk will answer any and all questions you may have about acquiring in this property and give a brief tour of common areas when convient.
