lucky I found this place first when I moved to VA I got a job transfer to dc and was looking for over three months for a place and I am so happy I decided to move here. I hear horror stories at work from people who got transferred to my company as well and they were not as lucky to find a good place as I was. Love that its next to the park !!!
Unfriendly management. The place might be ok for new residents. Wait until you move in. That is a totally different history. Poor maintenance. Have a lot of cockroaches, bed bugs. and other creatures. Recently they start to remove the carpets and living room the hardwood floors. But the staff they treat you nice the first day but after that is a different history. Talk to the neighbors before you rent.

brookville is terrible do not move there!!! - rent is way too expensive!- I guarentee you will get your car towed on a regular basis for one reason or another- maintanence with take weeks to "fix" a problem but will not fix it properly.- AC wont cool your townhouse-heat wont warm your townhouse--washer and dryer are apartment size
