I wanted to write a review because when it came to my family and I choosing a location for our loved one the reviews are something we looked at. This was one of the hardest decisions we had to make and it seemed like we were almost rushed into it. If you are like us you aren’t ready to make this decision nor do you have a lot of information to help you. Absolutely HORRIBLE facility! The staff is rude, incompetent and uneducated. The night staff was always high on drugs and slurring their words. Our mother fell in the shower, she was shoved in an ambulance and sent to the ER alone. She has dementia! Clothes were stolen, many were damaged, jewelry and other items were stolen by the staff. Medication was not administered correctly, they refused to cooperate with our mom's drs. They gave our mother medication she was allergic to.
