Your rep was very professional And an expert. I took his advice and had a new garage door opener installed, mine was over 15 years old. The installation was amazing and he programmed my car and put an app on my phone. He was so helpful with a wonderful personality and a total professional. I am very pleased with the service I received from Broten garage door sales. My sales person/technician, Jevaun Myles, went through the entire system and explained what some of the options would be. I decided, with the unit already being 14 years old, I would just have it replaced Jevaun was able to.complete all of the work in just over an hour. A beautiful system. Kesric was fantastically helpful, efficient and so kind! We’re so lucky we got him as our rep from Brotsn. Thank you so much for sending him our way! He went above and beyond and not only fixed our broken garage door but made sure both cars and outside remotes were connected and he didn’t leave til the job was done!! Our garage door stopped working today. I reached out to Broten and they came within 2 hours. They fixed the interior indent of the garage door, they replaced the motor that includes lighting and upgraded our indoor paneling. We were even set up with an outdoor panel access just in case we ever need it. They were extremely fast, swift at the job and professional. I definitely recommend them for installations and service!
I had a very positive experience with Broten.
