Last night we could not get the garage door to close. We called Brotein after hours. A Tech called me back and after I explained the situation; he talked me through a solution to override the sensors and the door was able close. The Tech called in my info to their office and this morning at 7:40 a dispatch person arranged the earliet appointment that was available; it was a window of between 1 pm and 4pm.
