We recently had new laminate flooring put in, and we are thrilled with the results. Adara took such good care of us from the start. She was knowledgeable and checked in with us along the way, answering all the questions we asked. Costs were all upfront so there were no surprises. Our installer, Juan, did such a professional installation. He worked hard, and was a perfectionist. Our floors look so good, we couldn’t be happier. I’ve already recommend Brothers Flooring to friends, and I will continue to do so.
I have had a great experience with Brothers. Cory was so helpful as I chose samples to take home. Tyler has been extremely responsive and I have felt very taken care of. The installers, Kon and Ilya and Mark (who was there the first day) did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned up well at the end of each day and answered all my questions.
