Stopped in after shopping around and was glad I did. Blake was working when i stopped in. From the time I walked in, Blake was really helpful, straight forward and honest. From purchasing to getting crew out and installing everything was smooth. I was worried about getting it done before the holidays and having floors torn up but they reassured me and job was done ahead of schedule even! 5/5 would recommend and referring my family and friends this way.
We just had our floors replaced by Brother's flooring and they did a wonderful job. From my showroom experience, to getting the measurements, to install day everyone was professional and helpful and easy to work with. Our installer Dan was friendly, kind and great to work with as well. I felt safe having him in my home, he was prompt and always let me know what he was doing and what his schedule would be. Brothers Flooring installed our vinyl plank flooring and I could not be more satisfied with their work. Meghan helped us through the process of selecting our flooring, and was very knowledgeable and friendly through the process. Bill and Derek installed the flooring and were prompt and efficient, completing the job very quickly and did an excellent job. .Overall, their whole team was fantastic to work with!
These folks were grade A from the get go. Sales didn't treat me like the next victim but was respectful and honest. The warehouse guys that dropped off the flooring were more professional than any I had ever experienced. The installer was quick, efficient and highly skilled. I'm overjoyed at the finished project. The accounting department understanding that I was in a tough place financially was very helpful in helping me find creative solutions to get the job done. We’re currently in the middle of our home renovation and Brothers flooring brought the vision for my baking center to life! Meghan, by far, went above and beyond. Her professionalism and intentional care made me feel like I had my own personal interior designer. The LVP and tile exceeded my expectation. Pricing is very competitive, product selection is extensive and customer service is stellar ❤️
