Jessica was my sales person at the store and she was instrumental in helping find and purchase the floors of my dreams. There were no surprises as Jessica was very thorough in covering everything that I needed to know.
This company left us in the lurch and "fired us" from an install when we refused to leave our home for a 200 sq ft floor installation (this was in the front corner of a 5000 sq ft, two level home). I was told on the Friday before a Monday installation that my husband and I would need to move out of our home and would be denied access to our home for 8 days.
