Dear Browder Painting Co. RE: Comments on work by Javier H and Juan Carlos As with all prior experiences with your company, Javier and Juan were exceptional workers. All work was interior painting in our living space. And both painters were friendly and professional and we hardly knew they were working in adjacent rooms. Javier always showed up on time and walked me through the anticipated goals for the day. They prepped the area with paper on the floor and drop clothes. Javier went through the kinds of paints they were using specifically since the bathroom and skylight tower required water resistant paints. At the end of each day, Javier walk through what had been completed and outlined the next day's goals. The areas were cleaned up every day including the garage where paint supplies were prepared. The crew did a fantastic job. No paint spills-overs from trim to walls, the patching caulking covered all blemishes. Double coats really covered well. Nick Nystrom efficiently recorded and communicated with the crew re the project. He, too, was very friendly and professional in scoping out what needed to be done. All in all, the work was done on time clean up was perfect. As, usual, Browder Painting Continues to be A+ in our books and can be recommended with out qualification.
