From the very first contact everyone was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dirk went over the entire project with me before hand and supplied answers to questions I didn't even know to ask. He is the main reason I went with Browder to begin with. I'll be truthful, I got two other bids, but had to pull info out of each rep. I know the right questions to ask thanks to Dirk.
