When I had a breakdown late on a Saturday morning, the team were very prompt to send a technician (Jimmy) out to fix my truck. They asked what the truck was doing and with my limited mechanical knowledge, I tried my best to describe my issues. Jimmy and Rudy had packed more than enough parts to get me sorted (new water pump and ampoule coolant) as well as several belts that we didn’t end up needing. It’s never fun breaking down but these guys were a pleasure and easy to deal with
Fantastic customer service, communicate well and always try to accommodate our business needs.
They don't want to work on my old kenworth because it is Detroit powered.
Have used workshop several times, Zane, workshop boss, is their best asset. Got me out on time, made a follow up call to check all good, (it was). Very happy.
Actually did not write original review here as must bumped it but I always deal with mike here at BnH Burpengary and always has a good chat with me and unlike a lot of mechanics, mike actually listens to his customers and gives you a lot of feedback along the way and yeah prefer to go here and feel satisfied every time Thanks for the good service provided Mike and Team Nathan @ Baxter Tpt
