I would do 6 stars if i could . We had a significant issue with time pressure after hours on a Friday . The team at Brown and Hurley arranged my heavy tow truck and trailer , Gave us access to the yard to cross load the freight , arranged for parts to be fabricated , fitted them on their late shift (until 8pm ) and called me opening of business the following morning with an invoice including the tow and labour to remove replace ; cheaper than the quotation for the part fabrication !! 35 years as a family company in trucking... read more
Great experience with Brown & Hurley Coffs, my 2 times dealing with them with breakdowns (one call out and one in house) and also another outcall for a mate, go above and out of there way to help, friendly, courteous, and promt service.
We got the truck serviced they fixed the abs cord etc. they are nice they even have a drivers room. But the downside is the tv doesn’t have internet my son wanted to watch YouTube because he was bored. They got a bed, shower,bathrooms. a shop in the receptionist area. I would stop here any day.
Robert and Clint in spare parts are the best!! Amazing service, very friendly people, great parts department with lots of stock. Will definitely be calling in there again. Love your work guys!
Had a young man named Roger answer the phone and he provided exceptional customer service and he helped tremendously. Would highly recommend dealing with Roger when you need anything from Brown and Hurley Coffs Harbour!
