I deal with Mark Macinni but when he is away I use who ever is available to help me out but my experience at Yatala is very pleasant I recommend brown & Hurley Yatala to anyone!!
Stopped in to grab a new broom head. They were closed but after hours were extremely helpful and let me through to buy one. Really appreciate the help as all other parts stores in the area were closed and gone for the day 👍🥰
My husband Andrew went to Brown Hurley Yatala to fix his bus ad blue pump. He got told the existing pump was faulty ,so they ordered a new one. The bus was fitted with the new pump but after 3 months the warning light came on. He contacted Brown Hurley Yatala and got told to bring the bus there after my husband finished work, so their mechanic could check it out. He did and the mechanic in charge was exceptionally skilled! If you want a Kenworth or Daf truck, this is the place to go.
This is the worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. The clerk was a middle-aged man with a round face and glasses. I'm just going to pay to pick up the truck. Entering his office, he yelled at me rudely, let me go out very rudely, made me feel bad all day, and I didn't provoke him, is this racist? Such people can also do front desk work, and really can't go to their company to repair truck anymore. I went to spend money to repair the truck , not to get angry!
