A nice conveniently located storage unit complex for folks who live east of Cookeville. The owners are a small business and have always answered the phone if I needed anything. They are actively improving the site and have plans for expansion. These units are gated with security cameras and I have had no problems with security.
Good, clean storage units that are locally owned. $50 for 10x10, $90 for 10x20. Pay annually and receive a free month.

Very safe place too store your stuff. Owners are nice and if you need anything there are quick to get back to you.
