After feeling nothing but frustration with the process of obtaining homeowner's insurance for our new home in Harlem Heights, working with Tauna Stone and the Brownstone Agency was a revelation. The process was rational, Tauna was beyond knowledgeable, and the pricing was fair. Tauna explained everything very well, was patient with my questions and just made the whole experience stress-free.
