Terrible experience, they offer free months here but do not tell you how it works. If I got a unit on the 29th and the next day was the 1st that's your free month no they are charging you on the 1st. Also they required a 10 day written notice to terminate the unit agreement. All customer service is outsourced and they have no idea about anything going on at this location. If I read the fine print I would have been happier 😂 still shady to me, should not have to fafo in service based bussiness.
Brownstone self storage was a perfect spot for us to store our belongings while we were finishing up our house! The climate controlled unit is an awesome perk they offer so you don’t have to worry about anything getting musty or moldy. Location is great and price is reasonable. I would highly recommend!!
Had my California truck stored for the winter on an outside spot.Was assured it would be safe.As soon as the 1st snow hit they plowed snow and ice all the way up the side of my classic truck. I called right away and asked if they could carefully remove the snow off the side of my truck and they did nothing about it.I had to hand shovel ice and snow off the truck myself.Mind you I am 62 yrs old.Do not recommend for outside storage. I would post pictures but not able on this.
So easy to set-up storage - use storage - close storage. Pricing was great for heated storage for jet aki. Area safe and secure - we will be back!
I’ve been using this storage facility for a while now, and it’s easily the best in the area. The property is spotless—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained.
