I’ve been using this storage facility for a while now, and it’s easily the best in the area. The property is spotless—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The customer service is fast and friendly, and any time I’ve had a question, it’s been handled right away. Security here is top-notch, with gated access, cameras everywhere, and a real sense that my belongings are safe 24/7. I had such a great experience on the phone with Cathy who helped me figure out what unit size would work best for me. Great customer service!
So far so great! Easily the cleanest storage unit I have ever used and the climate control option is a huge plus. Cathy has been a great help and is a kind and welcoming rep for the company - give her a raise!
