So far so great! Easily the cleanest storage unit I have ever used and the climate control option is a huge plus. Cathy has been a great help and is a kind and welcoming rep for the company - give her a raise!
WOW, this place is a great value! I know it's brand new, so obviously very clean and tidy. What I didn't expect was such great customer service. Cathy was very attentive and listened to everything we needed. Very reasonable pricing + clean + great service = easy choice for where to store our things.

I just rented a unit at the brand new Brownstone Self Storage. I spoke with Cathy and she was super helpful in helping me select the proper size unit for my needs. Renting was very easy, and I am looking forward to moving stuff in this weekend!
