We are frequent visitors to this location and never had issues. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed and service level was not to normal standards.

We had a reservation and we were never seated. So 15 minutes after our reservation time we left. 
Love Bru Burger, but they have changed their coleslaw recipe. The new recipe is blah - nowhere nearly as good as the original. I hope that they bring back the original soon.
Food wasn’t very good, service was terrible over price alcohol
Service at bar was terrible. Bartender was nasty and slow and MIA most of the evening. Fries were all tiny pieces - the bottom of the bag that shouldn't have been served. Hub got sick from the cod sandwich he ordered. The burger I had was falling apart and almost inedible by the time it was delivered to me.
Once again it was too cold to enjoy a dinner inside the restaurant. The air conditioner is turned too cold for enjoyment. Numerous guests sitting indoors were wearing a jackets and coats. We waited to a table outdoors since it was a warm enough day to sit outside. We ordered 2 salads and they came out wrong so we just asked for the missing items to be brought out to us. Service was very good. I ordered the Burger Snack well done. The burger was not smashed and it was medium. The bottom part of the bun next to the burger was mushy… it seemed like they let a frozen precooked patty thaw out on the bun. Won’t go back.
