My friend’s birthday, they gave her a dessert on the house. Manager was super nice and checked in on how we were doing. Nice atmosphere.
Enjoyed our lunch. Food was very good and service was excellent!
Bru is good. Took a long time to get a refill on drinks. There were very few customers surprisingly for a Friday night so we expected a little better service. Food was good.
Service and kitchen is going downhill at this place. Was so excited when they opened and have been multiple times. Last two times we went the service has been sub-par to fair, and the kitchen can’t quite seem to get the orders right. Disappointing as NKY could really use a decent place.
The food was wonderful but the service was not. No offer of refills on drinks, the food was very slow to come out, it seemed servers were changed in the middle of the meal. We really wanted to like this place as the food was great - but between all the noise, tv screens, and lack of service, we would only come back for take out.
