Located in the heart of Lafayette's historic downtown yet walking distance to Purdue's campus, Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Friendly staff and nice location. Food was ho-hum over seasoned bar food. Didn’t see a beer/cider list on the menu, which is odd for a burger bar. Chicken tenders for our son were overly breaded/seasoned. Quinoa salad was not really as described on the menu. Weird barbecue sauce on the side.
Like most restaurants the music was too loud to try to have a conversation.
We were excited to go to Bru Burger. We have never had a bad experience at the one in Cincinnati, so we decided to stop at the one in Lafayette, IN. When we arrived we were greeted and then seated immediately. We then waited over 5 minutes to be greeted at the table and it took over 25 minutes after that to get our food. They were not overly busy. Our waitress was not the best... not overly friendly, just did the minimum. Food was wonderful as usual which was good. Just wish the server was a nice as the ones in Cincinnati.
No mask enforcement, including one of the bartenders who regularly had his pulled down. Servers sitting at the bar while they had customers. It almost five minutes for us to get service after we were sat. The server brought the check before we were done as if he wanted to get rid of us. Not eating in the restaurant until after the pandemic at the earliest.
The service was good but the timing of food was terrible. They did have a couple of big parties ahead of us. When our food came out, the fries were over cooked and my daughter and finances onion rings were so cold and gross. The sever took the onion rings off the bill but it was such a disappointment. We go to the Keystone one often and always have excellent service and food. We won’t be back to Lafayette
Food was great as always, but we had to beg for attention.
Waited 20 min past our reservation, still no seat. Went in and asked a second time and was seated. Took nearly an hour for burgers and nachos. Food was good, but lots of excuses.
