Always good food and great value. This time though service was only ok - not overly attentive. There was also a food mistake (salad made incorrectly). Still, overall a good experience

I added that it was our anniversary on our reservation and they didn't take note at all. It was too busy to bring it up and we just ate and left. No dessert or anything. Food was good (had to be fixed) but we were very excited to come since our anniversary plans were canceled due to the pandemic. It was our first time back since this started.

Burgers were excellent, onion rings crispy, fries were good. Slow kitchen, they confused our order a bit but we were able to sort it out. Server was friendly, restaurant was busy so we didn’t get much attention. Overall though good food, priced right.

Most of us have been to Bru Burger in the past. The appetizers, pretzels, onion rings and chicken tenders were good. The entrees were a different story two of the hamburgers and one grilled cheese had bacon. The bacon was hardly cooked. The grilled cheese was ordered with crispy bacon. The other two burgers were not the best either. The hamburgers in past have been great. I don’t know what happened this time, but the burgers were not good. Thankfully the appetizers were good. The service was really good.
