Awesome dentist with an awesome staff! Everyone is warm welcoming and professional. Krysta and Dave do a great job up front with scheduling/billing...If you have any issues they are on it right away whether it be fitting you in for last minute appointments/procedures, billing questions etc..When it comes to dental work Dr. Mitchell and his team are very skilled, knowledgeable, professional and down to earth...Everyone here makes going to the dentist as enjoyable and painless as possible. All in all a 5 star team!!
Always such a professional and comfortable experience. I rest assured when i go to Dr Bruce Mitchell’s office, my family and i will be in good hands, since we began going to this office almost 10 years ago for many of our dental needs. The entire facility is organized, kind, calm, and exceptionally knowledgeable and competent. The receptionists are knowledgeable and I finally found a place where I can even enjoy getting my teeth cleaned w sensitive gums. Thanks, to everyone there. 10 stars!!
Dr Mitchell and all of his staff are simply amazing. Coming from a long history of dental drama and bad experiences, this office has completely rebuilt my trust in dental care. Dr. Mitchell walks you through every move he makes, before he makes it and explains things in great detail. I’ve never felt rushed, taken advantage of or scared when reviving services from this office. I am forever grateful.
Everyone staff member was friendly, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The location is in a nice area, easy parking, and nicely landscaped. The office is spotless, and organized, offering state of the art equipment, and decorated with warmth. The screen with slides running of family and staff was very welcoming. An overall 10 out of 10 experience.
I moved to the Rogue Valley in July of 2019 and luckily Dr, Mitchell & Team was the first dentist I went to. I’m not going anywhere else, you can’t make me. I wish I could give them more than just five stars. They’re the best!!!!!!
