fyi- I NEVER write reviews Dr. David Bryan was really nice, so this rating and review is for his surgery scheduler. She would not answer or return my calls to get my surgery scheduled to have my gallbladder removed due to gallstones and severe chest/back pain causing me to be hospitalized 3 times. It’s been 4 weeks and I still have not had my call returned (found a new surgeon a week ago). I’m guessing the surgery scheduler doesn’t care about Dr. Bryan’s patients.
This review is not for a surgeon, because my surgery will not be happening due to highly disorganised scheduling service. This review is more for a n answering/scheduling service which unfortunately represent the surgeon. They are put you on hold for extended period of time, they have some hearing problems and can not spell your name or put your birthday correctly! They are very slow to collect all your insurance information even then they are making multiple mistakes.There is no communication between scheduling and physicia... read more
