I had an excellent experience working with Bryan. Always kept in touch regularly throughout the process, quickly answering every question I had. He clearly explained each step, and let me know exactly what was needed (documents, paystubs, etc). Everything went smoothly, and we closed right on the date he promised. As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated how easy he — as well as the rest of the team at Rate — made the whole process. Very highly recommend, it was awesome working with Bryan purchasing my first home!
