I bought 4 tickets to see toy story in 3D and they didn't give us glasses we couldn't see the movie it was blurry it looked double🥹
Had a bad experience on 07/06 at 5:15PM show Screen 10. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned after a previous show. There’s popcorn everywhere on our seats, used paper towels/napkins. Seats were torn (can give a pass for this). Overpriced soda (tasted bad, probably diluted), family washroom was bad. Overall, maintenance wasn’t good.
Flickery projector, terrible sound mixing & volume, lights were on 10 mins into the movie. Told 2 different employees & nothing changed. Ruined the experience, never again.
Excellent experience with the family. I enjoy how to popcorn is self serve so I can add copious amounts of liquid butter and salt. The nachos are also cool because you add as much cheese, chili or jalapeños as you like.
